SHIPPING POLICY

1.1. SHIPPING POLICY

All products available at Sophia New York are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase. Our shipping, called "Free Shipping," with a fixed cost of $0.00, takes 5 to 12 business days (after product shipment) depending on the location. Product shipment occurs between 1 and 3 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can monitor the progress of their order delivery.

Note: In certain cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, disruptions, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations that are beyond our control.

The store guarantees order delivery, and we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for lost or misplaced products during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and with free online tracking; delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. SECURE SHIPPING

"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days of shipment, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded on that date."

Note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, it's totally normal.

1.3. ORDER TRACKING

Products will be shipped by Correos or another carrier, and there will always be a tracking code allowing the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Sophia New York is committed to instructing the customer on how to track their order. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available for Sophia New York.

The order tracking number is provided within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS (ATTENTION)

2.1. BE CAREFUL WITH ORDER ADDRESSES

Sophia New York will ensure that products are sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any obstacles in the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay attention when completing the address where you wish to receive your order.

2.2. ABSENT RECIPIENT

Please ensure that someone is at the address to receive your products. Correos makes three delivery attempts for products. If there is no one at the address where the order was received during any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and in this case, it will be necessary for the package recipient to pick it up at the post office within a period of 7 consecutive days. If the recipient of the order does not pick it up, according to Correos rules, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the product to be resent at no cost.

All data related to delivery attempts and the address of the postal agency where the recipient must collect their package in case of absence at home are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Correos website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Sophia New York is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, according to Correos rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not made due to a difference in the address provided by the customer or if the product is not collected at the post office, the customer has the right to return or resend the products at no cost.
